eight Unzen bohnenquark Four Unzen frische Pilze 6 grüne Zwiebeln Three Stiele Sellerie 1 Roter oder grüner Pfeffer 2 Esslöffel Pflanzenöl 1/2 Tasse Wasser 1 Esslöffel Maisstärke 2 Esslöffel Austernsauce Four Teelöffel trockener sherry Four Teelöffel Sojasauce.

1. Reduce bean curd into 1/2 inch cubes. Clear mushrooms and minimize into slices. Reduce onions into 1 inch items. Reduce celery into 1/2 inch diagonal slices. Take away seeds from pepper and minimize pepper into 1/2 inch chunks.

2. Warmth 1 tablespoon of the oil in wok over excessive warmth. Cook dinner bean curd within the oil, stirring gently, till mild brown, Three minutes. Take away from pan.

3. Warmth remaining 1 tablespoon oil in wok over excessive warmth. Add mushrooms, onions, celery and pepper, Stir fry for 1 minute.

4. Return bean curd to wok. Toss evenly to mix. Mix water, cornstarch, oyster sauce, sherry and soy sauce. Pour over combination in wok. Cook dinner and stir till liquid boils. Cook dinner and stir 1 minute longer.
