Gegrillte Spareribs

2 banks of spareribs, uncut, about
2 kilos every three cloves garlic, minced
half cup ketchup
half cup candy bean sauce (hoi sin deung) or hoi sin sauce
half cup soy sauce 1/four cup sherry

Trim off extra fats from the thick edges of spareribs. Place ribs in a shallow pan or platter. Combine remaining substances for a marinade and unfold over either side of the spareribs. Let stand for no less than two hours. Place one oven rack on the prime of the oven and one on the backside. Preheat to 375F. Hook every financial institution of spareribs with three or four S-hooks throughout its width, on the thick edges, and droop underneath prime rack. Place a big pan with half” water on backside rack. This pan will catch the drippings and preserve the meat from drying out. Cook dinner spareribs for about 45 minutes
